A pyramid-shaped hill can be geology; only independent archaeological traces turn a striking outline into a structure.
A sharp-looking ridge is not a ruin by itself. Joint-controlled weathering, fractured beachrock, ice, and layered geology can produce terraces, blocks, and right angles, as the Yonaguni, Bimini, and Antarctic examples show. The reliable path is independent evidence: tool marks, cultural material, construction patterns, dating, excavation, and remote sensing that survives geological scrutiny.

these "pyramids" of Anlong turned out to be natural stone formation. and I've been thinking what if there's reverse cases. as in some structures somewhere in the world that's deemed natural but were actually built. what do y'all think.
