You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and a human: accounts created by bots or other automated means aren’t allowed. One person may not keep more than one account to get around limits or moderation.
Answers and lenses on this site are written by AI models from retrieved sources, and are always labelled as such. They can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context. Nothing on this site is professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise — and you shouldn’t treat it as such. Check the cited sources for anything that matters to you.
Evidence and viewpoints submitted by other users are their own statements, not ours, and not verified by us beyond the moderation described in our content policy. A “verified primary source” mark means a moderator confirmed the link is a primary source, not that we endorse the claim it’s attached to.
You own what you submit (evidence, viewpoints, and the like), and you’re responsible for it. Only submit material you have the right to share.
By submitting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, display, copy, index, and process it (including creating search indexes and embeddings of it) as needed to run, show, and improve the service. This license lasts while the content is on the service and for a reasonable time afterwards for backups. It doesn’t let us sell your content.
Follow our content policy when submitting anything. Don’t attempt to abuse, scrape at scale, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with the service. We can remove content, suspend, or terminate access for violations, at our discretion.
The service itself — its design, code, and the TruthSeekers name and logo — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms don’t give you any right to use our name or marks. Sources we link to belong to their own owners.
If you believe something on the service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the material, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized. We’ll remove infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
You’re responsible for your account and its password. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account (a self-service option isn’t built yet; email [email protected]). We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or the content policy, or to protect the service or other people. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your content license for backups, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) do.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any answer is correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — including decisions made based on AI-generated or community content — even if we were told such damages were possible. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If you have a dispute with another user, you release us from claims and damages arising from it.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
This product is under active development and these terms will change as it does. We’ll update the date at the top when they do, and for material changes we’ll give notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms, together with the privacy policy and content policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies and that part is read to reflect our original intent as closely as possible. Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may, for example as part of a merger or sale.
