What evidence does Jay Stratton provide for recovered non-human technology and its chain of custody?Source

Jay Stratton names craft and custodians, but the public still has no material record that can be independently examined.
Stratton’s case rests on his authority, personal testimony, a memoir, and accounts attributed to insiders such as Jim Ryder. The public record described here still lacks authenticated material, acquisition records, laboratory results, or a continuous custody trail. The central gap is not the existence of a story, but the absence of evidence that outsiders can inspect.
Recovered craft would be only half the story. The bigger fight is who gets to lock them away.
Twelve alleged craft sit at the center of a power struggle. Stratton says a CIA official blocked their transfer from Lockheed into a Pentagon program, keeping custody inside institutions built to control sensitive evidence. If that account holds, UAP disclosure becomes a rule-of-law question: who can hide extraordinary technology, and who can force the door open?
