The Roswell transcript has a dramatic story, but its surviving record begins with a 2008 book and no original documents.
The document arrives decades after 1947 through a 2008 publication whose editor disclaims factuality, cannot establish MacElroy’s existence, and no longer has the alleged originals. Its provenance does not meet the standard for a genuine eyewitness transcript.
