Gangstalking forums invite “Targeted Individuals” to report harassment and surveillance, citing FBI and secret-police abuses.

The Story

COINTELPRO was real; a current program targeting ordinary civilians has not been established by the evidence here.

The documented record proves that states have abused surveillance and covert disruption, but the contemporary gangstalking material supplied here mainly consists of self-reports, online discussion, and historical analogies. Clinical and forensic sources describe a recurring pattern in which ordinary events are interpreted as coordinated persecution. The available sources do not verify a present-day government program matching the full claim.

• Historical precedentCOINTELPRO and Zersetzung show that covert harassment and political disruption have existed, making institutional abuse a legitimate subject of investigation.
• Evidence gapThe sources do not connect current personal accounts to a documented chain of command, operational records, or verified perpetrators.
• Human costGangstalking communities can reinforce interpretations of unrelated events as coordinated attacks, with consequences for safety, trust, and mental health.

• The Senate’s COINTELPRO report describes documented FBI efforts to disrupt and neutralize domestic groups through covert actions, including anonymous letters and manipulation.web
• A forensic psychiatry review reports that courts commonly view gangstalking allegations as irrational or delusional and that self-reported victims often connect frequent benign events into a malicious pattern.forensicpsychiatryinstitute
• Research analyzing 50 online accounts identified recurring subjective experiences of group stalking, but it studied reported experiences rather than proving an organized perpetrator.mdpi
