The Story

PR057b matches the place, platform, and date; no public record proves Kevin Campbell watched that clip.

Campbell’s firsthand account, Luna’s request, and PR057b share a striking region, platform, and date, making the clip a plausible lead rather than a confirmed match. The released records do not tie his testimony to a particular file, so the footage’s identity and provenance still require direct comparison with his timestamps and descriptions.

EvidenceThe shared East China Sea setting and January 5, 2023 date make PR057b a plausible lead.
LimitA plausible lead is not a chain of custody; the public record does not identify Campbell’s footage.

PR057b is an official full-motion sensor video of an East China Sea observation dated January 5, 2023.
A source cataloguing Campbell’s interview states that no record confirms which video, if any, shows his sightings.
The congressional request listed 46 video items, including an MQ-9 East China Sea observation dated January 5, 2023.

Campbell recognized a military drone video. That link opens a hidden path from a contractor’s screen to Congress and the public.

PR057b is an official video of an MQ-9, a remotely piloted military aircraft, over the East China Sea on January 5, 2023, matching the region, platform and date Campbell described. The connection opens a view of how insider knowledge travels through classified files, congressional requests and public releases, while the people who first saw it fade from the frame.

What it could changeThe link could connect Campbell’s account to a specific file and give the sighting a place in the public record.
How it touches todayCongress can pull footage from classified networks while the public receives clips stripped of their original trail.
Our futureUAP records could become a library of images whose meaning is controlled by whatever history survives them.

Campbell said he was about 99% sure a video on Luna’s requested list was one of his videos.
Campbell described three MQ-9 incidents over East Asian seas and said he believed one was among the videos Congress requested.
The public records describe requested footage as user-uploaded material from a classified network, often without a substantiated chain of custody.
