The Story
Rice’s archive is a valuable record of human experience, but its materials do not yet validate paranormal mechanisms.
Rice has built a serious repository for studying how people record and interpret extraordinary experiences. The archive’s professional preservation, public research access and metadata work support scholarship about testimony, culture and history. They do not, on the evidence provided, establish that the reported paranormal mechanisms are real; major reviews continue to identify experimental shortcomings.
